Yes. We’re based downtown at 200–535 Yates St and work with businesses across the capital region and Vancouver Island. In-person visits are easy for most of the CRD; for further-out Island communities we work over video with no drop in quality.
Is my data actually staying in Canada?
Some of it. We’re 100% Canadian-owned and based in Victoria, and our database infrastructure is in Canada. The automation platforms and AI providers we connect to process data on servers outside Canada, primarily in the United States — we’ll tell you exactly which tools touch your data as part of your free audit. We’ll sign a mutual NDA on request; anything shared under it stays confidential for 2 years.
